1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation:
Clients may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing via email at sales@aydpm.in. However, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:- Before Service Commencement: If the project has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made.
- After Service Commencement: If the project has already started, the client is liable to pay for the work already completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded. The refund will be based on the stage of the project.
- Website Hosting and Maintenance:
If you have signed up for website hosting or ongoing maintenance services, you may cancel these services at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for payments already made for the hosting or maintenance period. - Third-Party Services:
If third-party services (such as domain registration, paid advertising, etc.) have been arranged or paid for on your behalf, cancellations or refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective third-party service providers.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service or product within the stipulated time, you are entitled to a refund for the amount paid for that specific service or product.
- Client Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, we will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or improvements. If the issue remains unresolved, we may issue a partial or full refund based on the work completed.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Payments made for services that have already been delivered or completed, such as finalized websites or digital marketing campaigns.
- Third-party services and subscriptions where we have already paid on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid ads).
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@aydpm.in with details of the request, including the reason for the refund and any relevant supporting information.
- We will process refund requests within 7-10 business days, and the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Amendments to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
AYD Paid Media reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting.
