Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information for project execution.
• Approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.
• Make payments as per the agreed terms.

Payments:

• Late payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.
• All payments must be made in the currency and method agreed upon in the project contract.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, designs, and deliverables remain the property of AYD Paid Media until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability:

AYD Paid Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delhi, India.
